Genesis have just finished an exterior house painting project for the Mckay family in Lemon Grove.

We had completed a job in the area and wanted to introduce our team and products to the neighbors. Jack expressed interest in upgrading the exterior, specifically the paint, and that is when Alex explained about Coolwall.

One of the benefits besides longevity ( you never have to painting again after installation ) is that Coolwall is an energy efficient elastomeric coating that is 10 times thicker than actual paint.

What this does is helps keeps the home walls cooler and reflects the hot sun, Southern California temperatures peak upper 90s and into the 100s quite often during the late summer and into fall. This all sounded appealing to Jack who then agreed to have our specialist Enrique meet with her to measure the walls o the home and go over product details, financing options and color samples. A price was agreed upon and a few days later the work began.

David and his team Danny and GP arrived and began prepping the home for the Coolwall installation. The prep work is key, and must be done thoroughly and properly to ensure the many features and benefits of Coolwall work as they should. In just a few days Jack’s home had been transformed. The project was great success and he had wonderful comments to say about our crew.
